General Service Description
OverseasMedFinder is an international facilitation service that sources hard-to-find medications from licensed manufacturers and suppliers in Bangladesh and ships them to international clients. We act as a sourcing agent and shipper. We do not provide medical advice.

Prescription Requirement: Valid prescriptions are required for all prescription-only medications. You agree to provide a valid copy of your prescription upon request.

Shipping and Delivery Policy (Important)
By placing an order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms:
Delivery Timeline: Due to the complexities of international logistics and customs clearance, delivery times typically range from 15 to 30 business days (approx. 1 month).
Tracking: We will provide a valid international tracking number within 48 to 72 hours of payment confirmation.
Customs Delays: While we handle all export documentation, international shipments may occasionally be subject to delays at the destination country’s customs office. These delays are beyond our control and are not included in the estimated delivery time.
Payment Terms
Currency: All prices are listed and charged in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Payment gateway will convert the United States Dollars (USD) to BDT.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via:
Credit/Debit Card: Processed securely through our authorized gateway EPS.
Cryptocurrency: We accept USDT (Tether) and other major cryptocurrencies.
Authorization: By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the full order amount. Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy is strictly enforced to protect the integrity of our international supply chain.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund only before the item has been shipped (tracking number generated). Once a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for Non-Delivery: A full refund will be issued only if the package has not been delivered after 45 days from the shipping date.
Refunds During Transit: We do not offer refunds while the package is in transit within the 45-day window, even if the tracking shows a delay.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Importer of Record: You, the buyer, are the “Importer of Record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Import Duties: While rare for small personal orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OverseasMedFinder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the shipping country- (Bangladesh/ India/ China) without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
